SECOND STEP: REPLACE YOUR CARD
Once your card has been reported lost, stolen or compromised we can order you a replacement card. The replacement card will have a different number which allows us to protect your account. To get this process started simply contact us during business hours (Monday-Friday 8 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. PST) at 1-800-772-5479 (option 8) or visit any of our AmericanWest Bank financial centers.
FINAL STEP: REMAIN ALERT
Now your account is protected from unauthorized use and you have added peace of mind because your card is covered by Visa’s Zero Liability, which guarantees you won’t be held responsible for fraudulent signature charges made with your card or account information (learn more).
